Upgraded Resort Rating
The Philippine Department of Tourism has recently released Miniloc Island Resort's accreditation for 2012, upgrading the resort's rating from Class "A" to Class "AA". Similarly, accreditation for Miniloc's sister resorts were released - Apulit Island is classified "AA" and Lagen Island enjoys an "AAA" rating.
Private Dinner in a Lagoon
Miniloc Island's location provides endless possiblities for unique dining experiences. Book a private dinner in a raft at the middle of a calm Lagoon and enjoy the serenading of cicadas (Cicadidae) - definitely nature at its best! Rate starts at Php 3,500.00++ per couple, exclusive of meals.
Diver's Night
Get a glimpse of the underwater world as our resort Dive Master talks about the marine life surrounding Miniloc Island. The Diver's Night not only creates awareness about the dive sited in Bacuit Bay but also teaches guests about the basics of scuba diving. This activity is offered weekly, and is done at the resort's Beach Bar.

Guess who visited Lagen Island recently? Guests welcomed 2012 with delight as they witnessed Whale Sharks swimming at Lagen's front six day in a row. Whale Sharks (Rhincodon typus) are the largest fish in the world that grom from 9 to 14 meters long. They are gentle creatures that live in tropical, warm waters and feed on plankton and krill.

Environmental Officer Marivic Doctor wow guests during her nature interpretation - an eco - activity offered daily at Apulit Island. Marivic gathers guests every 4:00pm for a walk around the resort and gives trivia about licing creatures relevant to the eco-system of Apulit Island and Taytay Bay.
Swimming Pool - coming soon
Apulit Island expects completion of its swimming pool by end of February this year. The swimming pool, which measures 25 meters in length and 8 meters wide, is located in close proximity to the resort's beachfront. construction is on-going daily from 6:30am to 5:30 pm
